Therapeutic Accompaniment is a clinic that comes into being through outings and strolls and circulation in affective spaces in order to build together with the accompanied, places for social existence. Moreover, a clinic can be considered as that which uses the streets and circulation as a space for intervention, making agendas, with an opening to outside forces to enable events. Using the research-intervention method and mapping to investigate a case of therapeutic accompaniment, this article presents fragments of experience that some meetings between accompanying person and accompanied by led to the problematization of the theory and practice of therapeutic accompaniment and resulted in expanding the social network of contacts of the accompanied
