Starting from the premise according to which human sexuality is not subject to an instinct; as Freud pointed out early on; and that therefore constitutes a structurally perverse and therefore diverse sexuality; it is understood how transsexuality understood as one of the forms of response to the real of no sexual relationship; proposed by Lacan; is also diverse; insofar as each subject has to construct a singular response to said real.
