Abstract

This paper seeks through an interdisciplinary analysis, to focus on the criminal justice policy today, during times of the neoliberal capitalism crisis. Portrays the disciplining of human labor activity and the acceleration of the work hours. Verifies the paradox of bodies regulated to work and the crisis of work society, with the reproduction of social exclusion. In this sense, part of the impressions and subjective delineations to recognize the production of punitive subjectivity, that with the media, promotes and legitimizes the upsurge of criminal policy guidelines, with emphasis on police practices.
