Abstract

REIS, Leandro Nogueira dos. Freud and Arendt: emancipation as a principle of social lace. Analytica [online]. 2015, vol.4, n.6, pp.112-137. ISSN 2316-5197.

This article has as objective to trace some articulations between psychoanalysis and politcs, and in order to accomplish this aim, it first appeals to Arendt verify whereby concepts she developher theory. Once done this first step it engages a scientific research on Freud to investigate the characteristics of the social lace,even as the concepts related to it. Only then begin an articulation between these two fields, seeing that the social lace is characterized by its generality, the politics is thought being a specific device historically situated. After, both psychoanalysis and politics are considered in their emancipatory aspects, and if for questions linked to the constitution of the social lace the politics finds obstacles in order to get its achievement, it concerns to evidence the contributions of the psychoanalysis on overcoming them.
