With the objective of work with the Freudian expression “scream”, the present paper debates about the concepts of Narcissism, Real, Simbolic and the Imaginary. The scream express the first dispair, the first pain suffered by the children. The dispair caused by a burn can take the children to “scream”, the absence of meaning and to ilustrate this , there are two pieces of clinic cases presented here articulating theory and practice.
