Abstract

SILVA, Maria Letícia Pereira da; SANTOS, Giselle Oliveira  and  SANTOS, Suely Emilia de Barros. Right to Health: Conversation about Multiprofessional Praxis in CAPS and NASF Territories. Rev. Psicol. Saúde [online]. 2022, vol.14, n.4, pp.43-56.  Epub July 08, 2024. ISSN 2177-093X.  https://doi.org/10.20435/pssa.v14i4.2122.

This study addresses the professional praxis in health, especially the interventions that take place in territories covered by the Psychosocial Care Center (CAPS) III and the Family Health Support Center (NASF), in a city in the Agreste region of Pernambuco. It aimed to understand how the professional health praxis presents itself in the territories, aiming to reflect and propose possibilities of a clinical action in daily living in interface with the right to health. This is a qualitative research, which had the logbook and the conversation circle as intervention/investigation modalities, carried out with professionals working in the CAPS III and the NASF. The method of analysis was the Analysis of Senses, by Critelli. In this dialogue, it was observed that the devices still face obstacles related to access to health services, intramural nterventions, and the persistence of the consulting logic. Despite this, it was revealed the existence of a collective organization among professionals, in order to set in motion a multidisciplinary practice.

Keywords : access to health services; mental health services; health care; multiprofessional praxis.
