Seeking to understand the perception of Quality of Life (QL), the study aimed to verify the influence of social isolation due to the pandemic of COVID-19 on the self-perception of quality of life of entrants in Physical Education courses. Forthat, the WHOQOL-Bref questionnaire was used. It was possible to notice that the 2nd entrance students, before the isolation, presented higher scores in the physical, psychic, and environment domains, while the students during the pandemic had an inversion of these answers. The 1st-entry college students showed significantly higher scores for these domains. The pandemic with social isolation influenced the perception of quality of life of college students, being important the development of intervention programs for a better performance of the undergraduates and quality of life.
