The object of study of this article describes the psychotherapy process supported in the Social Historical Approach. The goal of psychotherapy, the general techniques of intervention, and the theoretical approach are developed in this article showing how the group of psychotherapists and psychologists of IPAF - Institute of Applied Psychological and Training work. These professionals work with their clients using the Social-Historical Approach. Concepts as Zone of Proximal Development, conscience, language, activity, and human being development are applied in the Psychotherapy Process.
