Using a trans-disciplinary perspective, this paper starts from looking at psychodrama as an approach open to the creation of new strategies and techniques. It is a brief summary of a research that we developed on the technique which we coined as psychodramatic Sandplay. Inspired by the classical Sandplay technique of the Jungian approach, this is Sandplay that has been adapted to the theoretical and practical context of psychodrama, and further developed beyond the clinical focus for socio-educational work. Inspired by the classical Sandplay technique (developed by Jungian therapists), we have developed a psychodramatic working alternative, which can be applied for both psychotherapeutic and socio-educational purposes in individual work, group work as well as work with couples.
