The author briefly describes his experiences of thirty-three years in Public Psychodrama, to base such proposals of intervention in psychotherapy and educational. Emphasized the proposal of Moreno as a revolutionary, effective and contemporary to the dealings of everyday topics explained in cultural conserve, of fundamental importance to public health and education as: violence, sexuality, prejudice, catastrophes, disasters, homo and biphobia, among others. Based upon the need of Public Psychodrama in education and health through reflections after clinical results and research with different groups in different socio-cultural levels. It emphasizes the why and for what the Public Psychodrama, by force to a psychic immunity, resilience and health that they favor.
