Resumen

FILHO, Homero Vettorazzo. Alterity and its importance in establishing the ideal system: a reflection on the clinical forms of binding present in the transfer. Rev. bras. psicanál [online]. 2010, vol.44, n.3, pp.105-116. ISSN 0486-641X.

The author will discuss the Ethics and the mandates of the Ideal ego taking into consideration its psychic instance dimension. In this context he will resume the Ideal origin in the process of the implantation of narcissism and in the identification project. Thus the author intends to think about ethics not merely as a consequence of the Oedipus resolution. He considers that ethics is, in its roots, a consequence of the manner through which the infant will have his/her body and feelings appropriated by the sexualized adult. A clinical case of a patient with serious affective oscillations is discussed and the author's hypothesis, in which he supports his speeches, is that such fluctuations express the ethics prevailing in the forms of the patient bind itself to its Ideal and to the analyst. The concept of regression, according to Freud, will be resumed as well as the reverse of the process of identification as a regressive sexualized possibility or, in other words, as the degradation of the "Ideal ego" into "the shadow of the object". The distinction between a wish upon the analysis and a wish upon analyst will be discussed regarding the role of the ideal's ethics.

Palabras clave : alterity; ideal ego; identification; narcissism; subjectiveness.
