This article is part of a master's research and was elaborated from the author's work experience as a supporter at SUS, working as a psychologist at the Family Health Support Center. We reflect here about the role of support for the esta blishment of Health Care Networks and the strengthening of SUS, considering Primary Attention as the ordering center of these networks. We discuss matrix support as NASF's work methodology and as a tool for transforming the management and care model in the SUS. Many challenges are posed in this support work, among them the professional qualification of NASF workers, in order to add to the support offered by the teams in the logic of the specialties, a more generalist support that has as a tool the problemat ization of the work processes of the PA teams, aiming at strengthening Health Promotion, favoring the protagonism of the subjects, impacting the health quality of the community.
