The Obsessive Compulsive Disorder is a chronic disorder that affects 2% of the population and is associated among anxiety disorders, which cause suffering and bringing significant losses in routine and social relationships of the individual; Obsessions can be understood as ego-thoughts dystonic applicants, while compulsions are actions that must be done to relieve anxiety. This article presents a case of a patient with obsessive thoughts and behavior verification. The service was based on Psychoanalytic Theory and were performed on teaching clinic of private colleges. Facilitated by verbal therapist interventions occurred insight, subjective rectification and curing the symptoms of the disorder process and concludes that the psychoanalytic clinic constitutes an important listening device and treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder that has been set in contemporary times as frequent form of mental malaise, with special relevance to the psychosexual components as etiological basis.
