This is a qualitative research of organizational climate with laborers of the Production sector of a medium-sized industry in the city of São Paulo, Brazil. Psychodrama as research methodology bases on the socionomy developed by Jacob Levy Moreno. The psychodramatic research process uses sociometric and sociodinamic methods and techniques, providing the identification, study and interpretation of group and social phenomena that occur in the work environment in groups with productive bonds.
