The author approaches the subject of the transmission of psychoanalysis and the analyst formation, which has been intensely debated in the psychoanalytic communities, especially from the discussions imposed for the psychoanalysis regulation attempts. From the text of Lacan³ Proposition of October 9, 1967², a discussion about the structure of a psychoanalytic institution and its impasses has had its start. The question of the pass is approached, which purpose was to theorize the emergence of an analyst in the logic of the end of analysis. Moreover, the substitution of the psychoanalytic severity for the rules is pointed out, which only move the psychoanalysis away from its principles.
