This paper consists of a theoretical essay on Restorative Justice (RJ) and the use of its principles in the face of everyday conflicts. Starting from the understanding that it is in the relationship with the other that we produce conflicts, we briefly present notions of conflict such as social construction, the development of RJ and restorative practices in Brazil and in the world and, finally, we make reflections and inquiries about the effects that the use of restorative principles can produce when we transpose their use to our daily relationships.
