Introduction: The Neuropsi Test in a screening neuropsychological tool that allows cognitive processes assessment to psychiatric and neurological patients. This neuropsychological test was developed and standarized in Mexico. So, it is expectable that cultural differences between México and Argentina exist. Such differences exceed the language and they are showed in scores changes. Aim: To get Neuropsi Test reference values for Argentina. Subjects and methods: The Neuropsi Test was administred to 656 participants (no clinic population) older than 16 years old from both sexes, that were divided in 8 groups by age and education level. Results: The age variable showed that younger people showed higher scores in Neuropsi Test. The gender variable wasn't related to cognitive performance. It was noted that higher education participants showed a better results than lower education subjetcs. The 16 to 45 years old groups presented significant differences with older groups in the test. Primary and secondary studies groups showed significant differences with all the groups in the Neuropsi Test performance. Older level education did not show significant differences between them at Neuropsi Task. It was obtained descriptive data for each group by age and education level. Conclusion: The Neuropsi Test Argentinean norms allow a reliable results interpretation from local clinicians and researchers.
