ABSTRACT This work presents an experience report of actions that were taken in the fight against bullying, developed in a private school in the interior of Rio Grande do Sul. The interventions were developed from three projects: Bullying: We are beautiful because of our differences, bullying is no joke and overcoming bullying and other forms of violence. The participants in the action were students from child school to high school registered in the institution in the years 2016, 2017 and 2018. The interventions were developed by the school psychologist, psychology students, by the social worker and by the educational counselors. The purpose of the actions was to provide information, dialogue and reflection on the problem of bullying, in order to prevent situations of violence between peers. From the actions, the students were able to conceptualize the phenomenon, analyze its causes and consequences, differentiate violence from games between the peers and reflect ways to overcome this problem.
