The author shows introductory questions - about the groups, the links and the link psychoanalysis, and he makes a classification of the group work. He emphasizes the approaches with operative objectives and with therapeutic approaches. Next, he points out basic differences between the discussion groups and the reflection groups, two important kinds of operative groups. To conclude, the author gives a general view of the present groups and their future importance.
