The age for criminal responsibility is a subject that must be studied from a multidisciplinary optic. This paper outlines a perspective in accordance with the international statements of the UN, with History, with Neuroscience and with psychosocial theories. The paper also points out the importance that Forensics Psychology plays on the treatment of this topic and its corresponding implication.
