This article deals with the establishment of the Economic Development Outreach (EES) "Taste, Health and Livelihood," a successful construction network of coordinated actions between the services of the Psychosocial Care Network Guarulhos (RAPS) and intersectoral partnerships to creation of a new front of social inclusion through work for people in mental distress situation and family in the city of Guarulhos / SP. The project aimed to enhance the existing experiences of the component services of RAPS Guarulhos / SP, in an integrated and coordinated manner with different technologies. Since its conception, it was decided to constitute an inter space help and exchange of knowledge in the production and marketing of food products with viable conscious consumption. Its effectiveness demonstrates the ability to articulate local and inclusive needs with necessary incentives from federal, municipal including other departments besides health, as well as partnerships of social responsibility sector companies that support social inclusion through work, to favor the guarantee of basic human rights in solidarity, collective, sustainable, creative and through respect for differences.
