Resumen

MERLETTI, Cristina Keiko Inafuku de. Clínica Psicanalítica e Instituições. Analytica [online]. 2016, vol.5, n.9, pp.41-49. ISSN 2316-5197.

The autistic and psychotic children seem to provoke in the adults who work with them the constant passage from the position of impotence to that of omnipotence. The clinic with these children puts in question and leads to the ultimate consequences what we conceive as a psychic constitution and subjectivation, demanding from the psychoanalysts who dedicate themselves to them a disposition for interdisciplinary exchanges, for the non-hierarchization and absolutization of knowledge, especially in face of the experience of the real, of the transferential emptiness and of the inconsistency of the demand that that they direct to the other people. Faced with these challenges in the field of psychoanalysis, the institutional work provided and supported by the Lugar de Vida team, a Center of Therapeutic Education located in the city of São Paulo, proposes an expanded psychoanalytic practice which dialogues with the field of Education, conceiving it also as a participant both in the transmission of symbolic marks in the early childhood and in the offer of language and culture to children who are initially deprived from them.

Palabras clave : psychoanalysis; institution; autism; Therapeutic Education.
