The paper presents a research that explores the clinical dimension of the Institutional Support carried out by the team of supporters of the public servants in the psychosocial care service of a public university in the south of Brazil. Based on the methodology of the intervention research, two dialogue circles and a field diary were used. Analysis of implications was added to the observations of the colleagues to produce reflections about the Support offered by the Psychosocial service. The senses crystallized in the institutions of Management, Health and Clinical were examined indicating the inseparability between them. A clinical perspective, understood as a welcoming position of the singularities that provokes subjects' inquiries about themselves and their places of power in the work process, emerged among the components of the Support work.
