^lpt^aEste trabalho apresenta uma reflexão sobre as mudanças atuais em Psicodiagnóstico, com uma proposta que inclui a possibilidade de intervenções desde o início do processo. Define o Psicodiagnóstico Interventivo e propõe um modelo de atendimento psicoterapêutico breve para adultos com depressão. Os testes projetivos são utilizados como mediadores terapêuticos, além da vertente diagnóstica. Apresenta também as possibilidades de intervenção a partir das técnicas projetivas e um caso clínico ilustrativo do procedimento proposto.^len^aThis article presents a reflection about contemporary changes in Psychodiagnosis, proposing the possibility of intervention from the beginning of the process. The study defines the Intervening Psychodiagnosis and proposes a model of care to adults suffering from depression in brief psychotherapy. The projective techniques were used as therapeutic mediators of the intervening process, as well as diagnostic tools. The possibilities of intervention through the projective tests are presented and illustrated with a clinical case.
