^lpt^aO Discurso de Roma, apesar de todas as críticas que possam ser feitas, é ainda hoje um texto muito importante para estabelecer o lugar central da linguagem na psicanálise. O autor sublinha a importância atribuída por Lacan ao pensamento de M. Heidegger. O mérito deste filósofo, e particularmente de seu texto “Logos”, está em oferecer um fundamento para pensar a dimensão ontológica da linguagem que convém à psicanálise.^len^aDespite the criticism to which it has been subjected, the Rome Discourse remains a crucial text in so far as it establishes the central place of language in psychoanalysis. The author underlines the importance attributed to Heidegger by Lacan.
