BARBOSA, Marielle Kellermann. Always connected, subjectivity in the contemporary world. []. , 35, 55, pp.89-101. ISSN 0101-3106.

The objective of this paper is to establish a dialog between the knowledge from Psychoanalysis and contemporary thinkers, such as Baudrillard and Žižek, through the analysis of a behavior that has become more and more usual: some people living their everyday lives connected through electronic devices. The social networks are focused in this study, as well as three main issues: the reason why people started to share information on the Internet, the subjective meanings that lay upon this new social behavior and the reality status that pervades this virtual communication.

: Contemporary world; Virtuality; Loneliness; Consumption; Sharing.
