^lpt^aO presente artigo tem por tema o supereu, conceito que atravessa modificações e deslocamentos na obra de Freud e no ensino de Lacan. Seus objetivos consistem em traçar o percurso que conduz à instância superegoica entendida como voz que proíbe a voz do gozo e apontar, a título de conclusão, consequências da abordagem do supereu como imperativo de gozo para a discussão sobre o mal-estar contemporâneo e para o tratamento psicanalítico. Seu procedimento reside em discutir essa instância, inicialmente identificada ao imperativo categórico, em evidenciar a lei insensata que encerra, distinguindo-a e articulando-a ao ideal, para, então, discernir o imperativo de gozo, assim como a dimensão objetal nele envolvida, dimensão que, com base no ensino lacaniano, define a voz como objeto a.^len^aThe subject of this paper is the superego, a concept that crosses changes and displacements in Freud's work and Lacan's teaching. Its objectives are to trace the path that leads to the superego instance, understood as a voice that prohibits the voice of jouissance, and to point out, in conclusion, the consequences of the superego approach as imperative of jouissance to the discussion on contemporary discontent and psychoanalytic treatment. The procedure of this paper is to discuss this instance, first identified with the categorical imperative, clearly showing the senseless law that it encloses, distinguishing it and connecting it to the ideal, to then discern the imperative of jouissance, as well as the object dimension involved in it.
