^lpt^aNosso objetivo é discutir os desafios da clínica psicanalítica à distância, buscando compreender seus limites e possibilidades de (re)invenção para o analista. A psicanálise não se alia aos dispositivos virtuais como forma de adaptar o tratamento analítico à uniformização dos ideais sociais. O uso das tecnologias não deve servir simplesmente para responder às demandas de cuidado de nossa atualidade, mantendo os sujeitos dependentes de um amparo exterior. Deve permitir a operação do desejo do analista, único motor que pode encaminhar as análises online ao horizonte off-line que lhes concerne.^len^aOur objective is to discuss the challenges of psychoanalytic clinic at a distance, trying to understand its limits and possibilities of (re) invention for the analyst. Psychoanalysis does not ally with virtual devices as a way to adapt analytical treatment to the standardization of social ideals. The use of technologies should not only serve to respond to the demands of care of our times, keeping the subjects dependent on outside protection. It must allow the operation of the analyst's desire, the only engine that can send online analyzes to the horizon offline that concerns them.
