^lpt^aMuitas formas de luta &- como os Direitos Humanos &- que não objetivem a estrutura mesma da reprodução ampliada do capital podem tomar diferentes formas e permitir diferentes usos. Do ponto de vista radical, elas não devem perfazer nem a politização nem a convocação revolucionária e não escapam ao uso encobridor eventual de uma verdadeira política. É necessário interpretá-las em suas conjunturas e as que a elas se somam. Nada disso é difícil de avaliar se acompanharmos sua origem e sua história. A isso se soma uma retomada (ainda que com reformulações e contribuições novas) do marxismo. Aliás, naquilo que Marx mesmo privilegia ao dizer que não era marxista e que no seu pensamento não se tratava disso, mas de qualquer coisa sempre mais capaz de chegar à raiz da história.^len^aMany forms of struggle &- like Human Rights &- that do not have as their goal the reproduction of capital, can take on different forms and allow different usages.
