^lpt^aO objetivo do artigo é abordar alguns paradoxos sobre a transmissão em psicanálise. Uma vez que a transmissão do saber psicanalítico é regulada pela transferência, tratou-se de apontar, em primeiro lugar, que a transferência pode se tornar um instrumento de controle, ou ainda, uma relação de poder transvestida de discurso analítico. Em segundo lugar, na teoria da técnica, buscou-se mostrar, através do ensino de Freud e Lacan, que, muitas vezes, o que se transmite é da ordem de um ideal, ou ainda, de um simulacro, enquanto que a realidade da prática clínica fica invisível. Assim, foi possível associar a transmissão da técnica em psicanálise com a noção de hiper-realidade de Baudrillard, já que para esse autor, quando se passa a se relacionar mais com o simulacro do que com a realidade, desloca-se assim para uma hiper-realidade que se apresenta mais real que a própria realidade.^len^aThis article aims to address some paradoxes about the psychoanalysis's transmission. Once the transmission of psychoanalytic knowledge is regulated by the transfer, we first pointed that the transfer can become an instrument of control, or even a power relationship disguised of analytic discourse. Second, in the technical theory, we attempted to show, through Freud and Lacan's teaching that often what is transmitted is in the order of an ideal, or even a simulacrum, while the reality of clinical practice stays invisible. Thus, it was possible to associate the transmission of the technique in psychoanalysis with the Baudrillard's notion of hyperreality. For this author, when we beginning to relate more with the simulacrum than with reality, it moves for a hyper -realidade that appears more real than reality itself.
