^lpt^aA proposta deste trabalho é abordar a radical transformação do fazer analítico no tratamento de casos graves, de etiologia traumática. São trabalhadas as propostas de Ferenczi, Balint e Winnicott, já que, apesar de suas diferenças, apresentam inegável continuidade teórico-clínica. Os três autores formulam que o trabalho terapêutico com esses pacientes não neuróticos deve se basear na confiabilidade do analista e na regressão ao ponto de origem das perturbações, propondo uma atitude analítica compreensiva e empática e enfatizando que o fator terapêutico mais importante é o relacional.^len^aThe purpose of this article is to approach the radical transformation of the analytical activity in the treatment of severe cases of traumatic etiology. The proposals of Ferenczi, Balint and Winnicott are worked out, since, despite their differences, they present undeniable theoretical and clinical continuity. The three authors argue that the therapeutic work with these non-neurotic patients should be based on the analyst's reliability and in the regression to the point of origin of the disorders, proposing an understanding and empathic analytical attitude and emphasizing that the most important therapeutic factor is the relational one.
