^lpt^aO objetivo deste artigo é mostrar algumas concepções winnicottianas relativas à clínica com adolescentes. Sabe-se que atualmente tem crescido a demanda por atendimento psicológico de adolescentes para tratamento de diversos distúrbios psíquicos ou dificuldades relacionadas a violência, excessivo consumo de álcool e drogas, e suicídio. Uma pergunta ressalta desse cenário: Será possível usar os aspectos favoráveis do setting psicanalítico para ajudar os adolescentes nessa complexa e difícil fase de transição entre a infância e a fase adulta? A partir do tratamento de Patrick serão abordados alguns aspectos do processo de amadurecimento e do processo psicanalítico na fase da adolescência.^len^aThe purpose of this article is to show some Winnicottian conceptions related to the clinic with adolescents. It is known that the demand for psychological treatment of adolescents for the treatment of various psychiatric disorders or difficulties related to violence, excessive consumption of alcohol and drugs, and suicide has increased. One question stands out from this scenario: Is it possible to use the favorable aspects of the psychoanalytic setting to help adolescents in this complex and difficult transition phase between childhood and adulthood? From the Patrick case it will be possible to see how the psychoanalytic process carried out by Winnicott made possible the remission of symptoms and the resumption of maturation.
