^lpt^aNeste artigo pretende-se abordar o autismo e as psicoses infantis como quadros clínicos, como estruturas psíquicas em que figuram impasses na relação de comunicação com o Outro. A noção de constituição do sujeito em psicanálise é eixo da discussão teórico-clínica. Como ilustração de uma intervenção institucional com crianças autistas e psicóticas, serão apresentados os principais fundamentos teóricos da Pré-Esco-la Terapêutica Lugar de Vida, além de fragmentos clínicos de um caso (com hipótese diagnostica de psicose) atendido nesta instituição.^len^aThis article intends to broaching the autism and the infantile psychoses as clinical profiles such as psychic structures where there is an impasse within the communication with the Other. The knowledge of the constitution of the subject in psychoanalysis is the mainframe of the theoretical-clinicaI discussion. To illustrate the institutional intervention with autistic and psychotic children, there will be presented the theoretical fundaments of the Pré-Escola Terapêutica Lugar de Vida, besides clinical fragments of an specific case (with a psychosis hypothetical diagnosis) attended at this institution.
