^lpt^aDesde Freud, damos importância ao diagnóstico diferencial, porque sabemos que ele serve de orientação para a condução da análise. Com Lacan, essa importância, explicitada por Freud, é ratificada. A partir de Lacan, fala-se muito em "diagnóstico diferencial estrutural".
