This article presents an experience's analysis of production in group in school environment of a short film that had the intention to offer narcissistic support devices and of expression to adolescents. It was developed as a research-intervention that used a field diary to record eight audiovisual workshops with fifteen high school students of a public school located in a region of social vulnerability and violence. It was concluded that these objects of culture became a symbolizing resource for violence and anguish. These objects of culture have an educational and therapeutic function when aimed at psychic constitution of the subject and its impasses.
