^lpt^aA clínica a qual pretendo me ater neste artigo é a de Afecções Paralíticas, do Instituto de Ortopedia do HCFMUSP com pacientes vítimas de Paralisia Cerebral. A avaliação psicológica com esses pacientes ajuda a definir a conduta que o médico irá adotar em relação a um procedimento cirúrgico. A avaliação psicológica tem por principal foco neste grupo, observar o desenvolvimento e a estrutura emocional do paciente, juntamente à sua dinâmica familiar, com o objetivo de pensar na possibilidade de adesão e colaboração no pós-operatório. Fazendo uma correlação deste trabalho desenvolvido no hospital, com o papel do psicólogo junto ao paciente e aos familiares desta clínica, proponho uma reflexão ao conceito Junguiano de Persona, enfocando a Persona do Analista em relação a esta responsabilidade de definição da elegibilidade cirúrgica de um paciente, considerando sua estrutura emocional.^lpt^aI intend to focus this article on the Paralysis Affect clinics, of the Orthopedic Institute of the HCFMUSP with patients who are victims of mental paralysis. The psychological evaluation with those patients helps to define the conduct that the doctor will adopt with respect to a surgical procedure. In this group, the major goal of the psychological evaluation is to observe the development and the emotional structure of the patient, together with the family’s dynamics, with the objective of considering the possibility of approval and collaboration after the surgical procedure. Making a correlation of the work conducted at the hospital with the role of the psychologist together with the patient and family users of this clinic, I propose a reflection to the Junguiano concept of persona, focusing on the persona of the analyst in relation to the responsibility of defining the surgical eligibility of a patient considering his/her emotional structure.
