^lpt^aEste artigo tem por objetivo refletir sobre a inserção do estudante da área da saúde no mercado de trabalho, através de seus estágios curriculares e práticas supervisionadas e o impacto destes na saúde mental do aluno, visto que a atividade prática vem se tornando um importante eixo estruturante da identidade profissional, enquanto via de formação, ascensão e realização. As reflexões destinam-se aos alunos e professor-supervisor, no sentido de alerta ao controle ou combate ao estresse excessivo, de modo a alcançarem uma maior qualidade de vida acadêmica neste período de prática/aprendizagem na área de formação escolhida.^len^aThis paper aims to reflect on the inclusion of student health in the labors market, through its stages curriculum and supervised practice and the impact on the mental health of the student, since the practical activity is becoming an important axis structuring of the professional identity, as a way of training, and implementation rise. The reflections intended to the students and teachers, supervisors, in order to alert the control or combat the excessive stress, in order to achieve a higher quality of academic life in this period of practice/learning in the area of training chosen.
