^lpt^aCom o objetivo de trabalhar sobre a expressão freudiana “Grito”, o presente trabalho debate sobre os conceitos de narcisismo, Real, Simbólico e Imaginário. O grito expressa o primeiro desamparo, a primeira dor vivida pela criança. O desamparo causado por uma queimadura pode levar ao “grito”, a ausência de significação e para ilustrar isto dois fragmentos de casos clínicos são apresentados articulando teoria e prática.^len^aWith the objective of work with the Freudian expression “scream”, the present paper debates about the concepts of Narcissism, Real, Simbolic and the Imaginary. The scream express the first dispair, the first pain suffered by the children. The dispair caused by a burn can take the children to “scream”, the absence of meaning and to ilustrate this , there are two pieces of clinic cases presented here articulating theory and practice.
