^lpt^aCom a nova pandemia, gerada pelo novo coronavírus, a capacidade de resiliência dos profissionais de saúde tornou-se um tema de grande relevância para a saúde. O bem-estar desses profissionais implica diretamente na saúde da população em geral. No entanto, é um tema pouco discutido por se tratar de algo ainda muito recente. Nesse sentido, o objetivo deste estudo foi realizar uma revisão bibliográfica a fim de apresentar um panorama geral sobre os estudos desenvolvidos acerca da resiliência de profissionais de saúde frente à COVID-19. Desse modo, foram analisados e categorizados os aspectos formais, bem como os de conteúdo dos estudos pesquisados. Como resultado, foram encontrados 1193 artigos relacionados ao tema proposto e, após a leitura dos resumos e levando-se em consideração critérios de inclusão e exclusão, apenas 11 artigos foram selecionados, os quais foram analisados pormenorizadamente ao longo deste estudo. Concluiu-se que foi de suma importância abordar essa temática, pois o prejuízo à saúde mental de profissionais de saúde deve ser considerado, principalmente em tempos de pandemia, equilibrando fatores que levem a desenvolver maior resiliência.^len^aWith the new pandemic, generated by the new coronavirus, the resilience of health professionals has become a topic of great relevance to health. The well-being of these professionals directly affects the health of the general population. However, it is a topic little discussed because it is still very recent. In this sense, the objective of this study was to carry out a bibliographic review in order to present an overview of the studies developed about the resilience of health professionals in face of COVID-19. Thus, the formal aspects were analyzed and categorized, as well as the content of the researched studies. As a result, 1193 articles were found related to the proposed theme and, after reading the abstracts and taking into account inclusion and exclusion criteria, only 11 articles were selected, which were analyzed in detail throughout this study. It was concluded that it was extremely important to address this issue, as the damage to the mental health of health professionals must be considered, especially in times of pandemic, balancing factors that lead to the development of greater resilience.
