^lpt^aO trabalho consiste em um relato de experiência sobre a agressividade, fundamentado pelo referencial da obra de Freud e do ensino de Lacan no início da década de 1950, descrito através de um caso clínico, observado em um hospital público situado no estado do Paraná, no qual o familiar de um paciente internado no setor de cuidados paliativos apresentou manifestações agressivas ao se deparar com a morte de seu irmão. No estudo, percorreu-se o caminho no sentido de fundamentar a origem da agressividade, suas manifestações e seus possíveis manejos. Propomos que a agressividade emerge correlata ao eu, comportando uma dimensão recíproca especular imaginária, orientando que a intervenção ocorra pela via simbólica, a partir do esquema L, estabelecido por Lacan em 1954, da dialética intersubjetiva, possibilitando ao sujeito receber a sua própria mensagem de forma invertida.^len^aThe work consists of an experience report on aggressiveness, based on the reference of Freud's work and Lacan's teaching in the early 1950s, described through a clinical case, observed in a public hospital located in the state of Paraná, in which a family member of a patient, admitted in a palliative care sector, presented aggressive manifestations when faced the death of his brother. In the study, we followed the path of aggressiveness genesis, its signs and its possible managements. We propose that the aggressiveness emerges correlated to the self, comprising an imaginary reciprocal specular dimension, indicating that the intervention must occur through the symbolic dimension, according to the L scheme, as established by Lacan in 1954, of the intersubjective dialectic. This perception allows the subject to receive his own message in an inverted way.
