^lpt^aA intenção deste ensaio é circunscrever as relações existentes entre os registros do feminino, da paternidade e do sentido no discurso psicanalítico, tendo como eixo de leitura a problemática do patriarcado. Para isso, esses registros serão inscritos numa perspectiva genealógica, evidenciando as suas linhas de continuidade e de descontinuidade, assim como os seus efeitos no discurso psicanalítico.^len^aThe intention of this essay is to circumscribe the existing relations between the record of the feminine, paternity and meaning in psychoanalytic discourse, having as its pivotal reading the problematic of patriarchy. For this reason, the registered texts will be examined in a genealogical perspective, evidencing lines of continuity and discontinuity, as well as their effects within psychoanalytic discourse.
