^lpt^aO presente artigo analisa a singularidade epistemológica que implica a utilização, tanto por parte do âmbito médico-psiquiátrico-, quanto, -e especialmente-, da psicanálise, dos nomes próprios de Sade e de Sacher-Masoch, autores oriundos da literatura não da medicina, nas suas tabelas sintomatológicas. Os nomes de Sade e Masoch identificam determinadas condições psíquicas bem conhecidas, assim como ajudam a organizar uma taxonomia do campo das perversões: o sadismo e o masoquismo. O texto aborda dois tópicos conceituais que se derivam desta escolha epistemológica: o primeiro visa determinar quais condições e caraterísticas muito específicas estas sintomatologias devem possuir para que não poderem ser nomeadas, como habitualmente, com os nomes dos médicos que reconhecem e isolam o conjunto sintomático. O segundo tópico analisa certo uso não literário que a psicanálise propõe destes sintomas nomeados por literatos, em particular a afirmação da necessária constituição de um complexo sadomasoquista. Neste sentido, o artigo verifica que, se levadas em consideração as literaturas de Sade e de Masoch, - no que elas expõem sobre tipos psíquicos e sobre produção desejante-, este complexo, esta reunião, não seria possível. A psicanálise reuniria o que a literatura, com tanto cuidado diferenciou. Para levar adiante esta reflexão, o texto acompanha a leitura que Gilles Deleuze propões da obra de Sacher Masoch, no seu texto, Apresentação de Sacher-Masoch: o frio e o cruel.^len^aThis article analyzes the epistemological singularity that implies the use, both by the medical-psychiatric field, and -and especially -by psychoanalysis, of the proper names of Sade and Sacher-Masoch, literature authors no medical authors, in their symptomatological tables. The names of Sade and Masoch identify certain well-known psychic conditions, as well as help to organize a taxonomy of the field of perversions: sadism and masochism. The text discourses two conceptual topics that derive from this epistemological choice: the first aims to determine which very specific conditions and characteristics these symptomatologies must possess so that they cannot be named, as usual, with the names of physicians who recognize and isolate the symptomatic set. The second topic examines a certain non-literary use that psychoanalysis proposes of these literate-named symptoms, the affirmation of the necessary constitution of a sadomasochistic complex. In this sense, the article finds that, if we take into consideration the literatures of Sade and Masoch, -in what they expose about psychic types and desiring production -this complex, this reunion, would not be possible. Psychoanalysis would bring together what literature so carefully differentiated. To further this reflection, the text follows Gilles Deleuze's reading of Sacher Masoch's work in his Sacher-Masoch Presentation: Cold and Cruel.
