CASTRO, Silvia Lira Staccioli    RUDGE, Ana Maria. Perversão e ética na clínica psicanalítica. []. , 3, 1, pp.78-95. ISSN 1518-6148.

The article examines the notion of perversion in psychoanalysis, questioning certain myths, like the one that asserts that those patients are not subject to anxiety and, consequently, that they are not acessible to psicanalytic treatment. There are, in Freudian Metapsychology, two different meanings for the term perversion: one structural, referring to the polimorf perverse character of the infantile sexuality; the other one, whose paradigm is fetishism, refers to a specific sintomatology which is produced by the disavowal of castration. Several theoretical contributions to the subject are examined, including the lacanians, which promoted a great advance in this field. In the clinical scene, it is as a perverse discourse in transference that perversion is considered. This speech, performative par excellence, looks for an interlocutor who certifies the effectiveness of the unsubmissiveness to the Law. Some places where the analyst may be placed by the perverse discourse maneuvers are examined, in a reflection that has as its main focus the psicanalytic clinic and tries to clarify how the analyst should deal with the treatment of these patients.

: perversion; disavowal; anxiety; castration; fetishism.
