^lpt^aO presente trabalho de pesquisa aborda, a partir de um levantamento de dados de uma secretaria municipal de educação de um município do interior do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul, o uso do atestado para tratamento de saúde, como um recurso precário de enfrentamento de situações de risco para a organização psíquica. Busca elementos, na psicanálise e na psicologia, para pensar as manifestações de sofrimento psíquico no trabalho docente. Toma a psicanálise, a partir de Freud, para pensar na possibilidade de que a escolha de uma profissão possa ser entendida como uma escolha sintomática, na medida em que, através do fazer docente, possa repetir vivências e dificuldades decorrentes da impossibilidade de significação de si próprio através do trabalho. Por outro lado, supõe a possibilidade do profissional retomar e ressignificar suas vivências e marcas, decorrentes de sua constituição psíquica de sua inserção no social, encontrando no trabalho condições de organização tal como na construção do sintoma. Busca uma aproximação com o estudo acerca da psicopatologia do trabalho com Christophe Dejours, a fim de estabelecer alguns parâmetros na identificação do sofrimento psíquico no trabalho e, por aproximação, no sofrimento psíquico do trabalho docente. No senso comum, há um entendimento disseminado de que o atestado médico é um recurso utilizado para burlar o trabalho, como fuga do trabalho. Entretanto, acerca do sujeito tomado pelo viés da psicanálise, pode-se pensar que há um saber que não se sabe, um saber que circula na linguagem do senso comum, mas que não se encontra nos livros de histórias. Há histórias não registradas pelo nível consciente, mas que emergem do inconsciente, de modo a inscrever-se na vida do sujeito. Por outro lado, é necessário reconhecer a existência de fatores sociais que interferem, de modo significativo, no estabelecimento das condições de trabalho docente. Isso, em muitos momentos, é fator de desorganização para o profissional, dificultando a constituição de um espaço onde ele possa se ver como sujeito, possa se manter como sujeito, se reconhecendo e se significando pelo trabalho. Ultrapassar a barreira da percepção visual e auditiva comuns na leitura do cotidiano escolar, para identificar as formas de o sujeito controlar ou até mesmo expressar seu sofrimento são possibilidades de se avançar no entendimento sobre a organização das escolas, bem como dos laços nela produzidos, componentes fundamentais do processo ensino-aprendizagem.^len^aThe present work of research approaches, from a data-collecting of a city department of education of a city of the interior of the State of the Rio Grande Do Sul, the use of the certified one for treatment of health as a precarious resource of confrontation of situations of risk for the psychic organization. On the other hand, it assumes the possibility of the professional to retake and to remaking the meaning its experiences and decurrent marks of its psychic constitution of its insertion in the social one, finding in the work organization conditions such as in the construction of the symptom. It searchs an approach with the study concerning the Psychopathologie of the work with Christophe Dejours, in order to establish some parameters in the identification of the psychic suffering in the work and for approach in the psychic suffering of the teaching work. In the common sense it has, an agreement spread of that the certified doctor is a used resource to cheat the work, as escape of the work. However, concerning the citizen taken for the bias of the psychoanalysis, it can be thought that it has one to know that it is not known, one to know that it circulates in the language of the common sense, but that one does not meet in books of histories. It has histories not registered for the conscientious level, but that they emerge of the unconscious one in order to enroll itself in the life of the citizen. For another side, is necessary to recognize the existence of social factors that intervene in significant way with the establishment of the conditions of teaching work. This, at many moments is factor of disorganization for the professional, making it difficult the constitution of a space where it can see itself while subject, can remain itself as subject, if recognizing and if meaning for the work. To exceed the common barrier of the visual and auditory perception in the reading of the daily pertaining to school to identify the forms of the citizen to control or even though to express its suffering they are possibilities of if advancing in the agreement on the organization of the schools as well as of the produced bows in, component basic of the process the teach-learning.
