^lpt^aO objetivo deste trabalho é refletir sobre a presença do pensamento sadiano em nossa atualidade, em suas conexões com a criminalidade, a AIDS e a perversão. Para tanto, toma como roteiro o livro de Sade intitulado A filosofia na alcova. Inicialmente, discorre sobre a abolição sadiana da diferença entre a vida e a morte, a destruição e a construção, fazendo aproximações com o mecanismo psíquico da recusa na perversão. Num segundo momento, discute a posição de Sade de combate ao amor e à obediência às normas sociais, e explora a nova versão do pai na perversão, atrelada a uma nova lei que garanta a liberdade universal e irrestrita de gozo sexual. Feito isso, tece considerações sobre a criminalidade no âmbito da perversão, a partir de suas relações com o texto sadiano e com as fantasias sádicas construídas em torno da AIDS.^len^aThe aim of this paper is to discuss the presence of Sade’s thought in our time and its relations with crime, AIDS and perversion. Therefore, it uses a Sade's book called Philosophy in the Bedroom. Initially, it discusses the sadian abolition of the difference between life and death, destruction and construction, making closer to the psychological mechanism of disavowal in perversion. Secondly, it discusses the Sade position against love and obedience to social norms, and it explores the new version of father in perversion, tied to a new law guaranteeing universal and unrestricted freedom of sexual enjoyment. Finally, it makes considerations about crime in perversion, from its relations with the sadian text and with sadistic fantasies built around AIDS.
