^lpt^aA proposição lacaniana, encontrada em O saber do psicanalista, segundo a qual a definição de interpretação seria "a intervenção de um analista no discurso de um sujeito, procurando ali um suplemento de significante", serviu de inspiração para este texto. No texto, Lacan nos alertou que o analista não seria, de modo algum, um nominalista. Um analista, em sua práxis, não buscaria as representações do sujeito. Algo desta posição, ética, nós podemos encontrar desde os primórdios do ensino de Lacan. Seguir-se-ão alguns de seus comentários, em conformidade com certa cronologia, até aportar nesta noção de suplemento, o que nos indica uma orientação "feminizante" para uma análise.
