^lpt^aEste artigo investiga o conceito de manejo da transferência no campo clínico da neurose. Acompanha as formulações inaugurais de Sigmund Freud sobre o fenômeno da transferência, no que implica de repetição e realidade sexual, utilizando como referência o caso Anna O., conduzido por Joseph Breuer, assim como as formulações de Freud sobre a utilização da transferência para o tratamento da neurose, no que diz respeito à produção de saber inconsciente e à sustentação do trabalho analítico. Com Jacques Lacan, o termo freudiano de manejo da transferência é retomado a partir da noção de sujeito suposto saber e de sua formalização matêmica. Por fim, é discutido o manejo da transferência no momento de entrada em análise com a apresentação de um fragmento de um caso clínico.^len^aThe article investigates the concept of management transfer in the clinical field of neurosis. It follows Sigmund Freud's inaugural formulations on the phenomenon of transfer, what it implies of repetition and sexual reality, using as reference the Anna O. Case conducted by Joseph Breuer, and also how Freud's formulations about the use of the transfer in the treatment of neurosis, regarding the production of unconscious knowledge and the support of the analytical work. With Jacques Lacan, the Freudian term, management of the transfer, is resumed from the notion of the subject supposed knowledge and its mathemic formulation. Finally, the author discusses management of transfer at initial moment of the analysis with the presentation of a fragment of a clinical case.
