^lpt^aA autora, usando o equívoco do duplo significado de lettre, em francês: letra e carta, parte da letra em instância, como aquela que não encontra resposta no Outro. A letra-carta roubada, em sofrimento, a carta que não chega, em suspensão, causa, faz furo-trauma, sintoma que se inscreve na carne do sujeito. É esta a marca de origem de um sujeito, uma cristalização material e singular. Mas, a carta-letra, escrito, sem resposta sempre alcança, atinge, toca seu destino. O impacto deste alcance não é o sentido, mas o gozo. O sujeito seria uma resposta à letra, o Um sem o Outro, argumento da função sintoma.
