^lpt^aO objetivo deste trabalho é mostrar como o ato analítico, por meio de cortes, pontuações e interpretações, a partir do desejo do analista, possibilita mudanças subjetivas em seus analisantes. A título de exemplo, apresento recortes de um caso clínico, destacando o ato falho cifrado, a "chupada", enunciado por Lila, que a levou à análise para tentar decifrar seu dito enigmático que expressava a condensação de um gozo que lhe suscitava questões. O dispositivo analítico possibilitou-lhe a emergência do sujeito do desejo.^len^aThe purpose of this work is to show how the analytic act, through cuts, punctuations and interpretations, beginning from the psychoanalyst's desire, makes possible subjective changes in his/her patients. As an example, I present fragments of a clinical case, emphasizing the codified flawed act, "the sucking", expressed by Lila, which has taken her to psychoanalysis in order to try to decipher her enigmatic saying that expressed the condensation of a jouissance that provoked many questions for her. The analytical experience made possible the emergence of the subject of the desire.
