^lpt^aNos anos 1970, Lacan rompe com uma concepção ontológica da experiência e promove o "Yadl'un" [Há um] que obriga a repensar o desejo, o gozo vindo para o centro dos debates. "Yadl'un" responde a "não há relação sexual", o que não acontece sem promover a questão da existência (conferir as fórmulas da sexuação). Correlativamente, a doutrina do pai e a do sintoma sofrem uma profunda transformação, que vai até fazer do próprio pai um sinthoma. Os efeitos sobre a psicanálise, em particular sobre a conduta dos tratamentos, são importantes e giram em torno de três termos: gozo singular, traço de singularidade e traço de humanidade.
